As a supplier of efficient automated solutions and robot integration, we draw on our many years of experience in the area of visual recognition and accurate positioning of workpieces. Our customer-specific automation systems are well-thought-out, simple and intuitive to use, and qualitatively excellent processed products.

Our origins date back to the year 1984, to the construction of test systems as well as fine-pitch adapters for microelectronics. With increasing automation of these customized special machines, we have continuously built up and further developed our broad knowledge base. Today, we are specialists for robot integrations, the identification and measurement of workpieces by means of vision systems, and the integration of additional processes according to customer requirements.

Project planning and consultation

We think holistically and attach great importance to innovative solutions. During the project planning phase, we attach great importance to intensive and close customer contact in order to incorporate the interests, ideas and opinions of our customers at all times.

Development and construction

In addition to pure design work with modern 3D CAD applications, the development also includes the consideration of different customer requirements, which arise from the production environment, from the logistics processes or from interlinked systems.

During the project, our engineers carry out structural engineering tests and calculations in order to guarantee a high quality product with a long service life.

Installation and commissioning

At the Grenchen site, the machines are developed, assembled, put into operation and prepared for the factory acceptance test.

In the assembly hall, which measures more than 500m², whole lines or several larger systems can be assembled simultaneously and operated for test purposes.

Service

We carry out service work independently, worldwide and offer you short response times in case of accidents.

Our machine control Brick supports remote maintenance. With the log file we can get a complete system overview of the last days, as required, and can support service work or malfunctions easily, cost-effectively and quickly via remote access.
